- Gift cards, unless required by law.
- Digital products or downloads.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, be sure to get in touch with us immediately. We will require:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Once we confirm the damage or defect, we will either provide you with a replacement product at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns related to damaged or defective items will be covered by PatriotCoins.
- Return Process

- Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 14 business days. - Exchanges

- Shipping Costs
